A Duplex Development designed for a client looking to expand their investment portfolio. Project layout called for a battle axe formation with a two storey townhouse to the front property and a single storey residence perched higher on the hill to the rear of the block. The townhouse designed to utilise uninterrupted park views with a large full length balcony to the front elevation, accessed from both the master bedroom and upper living room. Client requested elevations styled to fit in with existing residences in the surrounding locality.
